General Guidelines for your Return: In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the items you purchased online were not what you expected, or are damaged or defective, contact our Service Representatives and request a return. A Service Representative will promptly reply with instructions to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible. You may return an item purchased from C&S Sporting Goods within (14) days of receipt of sale. As an added measure of service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to defective merchandise. Please note, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be charged for returns of merchandise ordered online. Returned products must be in unused condition, in the original packaging and contain all accessories, paperwork and parts to ensure your account is correctly credited. C&S Sporting Goods will not be responsible for items that have proof of delivery and have been lost, stolen or any other unforeseen events that occur after delivery has been made.
